When Submitting an IT ticket ensure that you have the following
1. If requesting a change a screen shot with the CEO's Approval. Please forward the Email to your IT
administrator and mention the subject heading, date and time you sent the Email.
2. In the subject line outline the request. E.G. Password reset - Account name
3. A short description of the problem. Has it been an ongoing problem or recent
4. Attach any Relevant Photos of Error codes or issues. This can be done by opening "snipping tool" on
your windows Machine.
5. Await a reply. please not that we may ask for additional information on the problem
